Contact and team-interest forms

When you submit a form, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit for delivery to Lucky Dog Roofing at info@luckydogroof.com. This may include your name, phone number, optional property address, service interest, estimate selections, and campaign source. Team-interest forms also collect email, experience, role interest, and availability. We use this information to respond to your inquiry or consider your interest in working with us.

FormSubmit states that submission records are retained for 30 days. Its verification and anti-spam services may process technical information. Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Do not submit payment details, identification documents, insurance policy documents, or sensitive personal information.

Optional address suggestions

If Google-powered address suggestions are enabled, the address text you type is sent to Google to retrieve possible matches. Choosing a match is optional. You may enter a partial address or leave the field blank. Address suggestions do not measure your roof. Google’s Privacy Policy and Maps terms apply to those services.

Estimates & appointments

The calculator provides preliminary planning estimates based on roof area and material. It does not constitute a binding offer. Project-specific scope, price, scheduling, materials, and warranties are established in a written proposal or agreement after assessment. Submitting a form does not book an appointment.

Website operation

Hosting services may process normal connection and security logs. This website does not use advertising pixels. Campaign parameters supplied in the page address may be included with your inquiry to identify its source.

Insurance

Roof inspections and roofing estimates do not determine insurance coverage. Your insurer makes coverage and payment decisions under your policy.
